Our engine works at its optimal level each time you click on "Generate" however at times Smartwriter creates the same thing. If this happens, you don't need to worry, simply make a few tweaks and you'll be off to the races. Here's some quick tips

• Firstly, request a credit refund for the repeated output, we want you to get the maximum out of our tool
• Try reword your input and cut down longer sentences to shorter ones
• If your input is long, try shorten it. In most cases you're given 300 characters to feed into our engine, instead of giving it 5-7 sentences, try optimise the input to maybe 2-3 sentences
• Try rewriting your input in a different format or tweak it to be more simple and clear. Ask yourself this, is the input you fed Smartwriter something you would tell friend or team mate? Would it make sense to them? If not, you should try rewrite it
